The secret is out!!!!

Okey dokey the secret has been announced now so I am free to shout it from the roof tops LOL!!I have been asked to be a part of the fandabbydosey sketch blog at CIS and my new title is Cisters stylish sketch designer!!!Yay!!How cool is that!!I am very excited and honoured!!Woohoo!!OK now that I have shared that tasty morsel of information you can have a lookie at some of my new pages from last week! Back from Hervey Bay

We just got back from Hervey Bay this afternoon and had a fantastic time even though it was only for one night :)!!These are some of the photo's I took the top two photo's where taken from the most long and beautiful pier I have ever seen! You can just see how excited Allan is to have another photo taken NOT!!Should've taken a photo of the pier too DOH!Oh well there is always next time! The bottom photos are the view from our hotel room balcony of the marina.I'm a bit proud of the afternoon shot......it looks like a postcard!I did lots of scrapping fro the March blog challenge at CIS and for the CC at scrapboutique but I will upload them tomorrow i waaaay too tired to upload them all now! Welcome to panic central......

OMG I went to feed Cory's turtles today and Mr.Longneck was sitting in an odd position in the tank with his head out which is wierd because he always tucks it in when I go to feed him......so I'm standing there putting in the food......the fish are in an eating frenzy and I'm in lala land.....and he is STILL not moving.......:O.....the panic is rising......fast......I'm having thoughts of having to call Tracy to tell her I have bad news for Cory (its his 17th birthday today too) Mr.Longneck has kicked the turtle bucket ,when I thought maybe if I tap the side of the tank that'll work.....nope still no movement........at this stage I am calling "wake up mr.longneck!!!" (stupid but I was prepared to try anything!!LOL) heart rate is rising super fast and I thought OK last resort I will put my hand in and give him a little nudge when the cheeky little so and so starts moving around flapping his little flippers and tucked his head in!!!PHEW what a relief!!I don't like my chances of trying to replace a tame 7 year old long neck turtle in the next 2 days if he had've gone to turtle heaven!!I then realised that the silly thing was stuck at an angle on the rocks and probably couldn't have moved if he wanted to!!!LOL!!So I moved the rocks and he's a happy turtle now....well as happy as a turtle can be I suppose!!!LMAO!!!I had words with him before I left and told him if he is thinking of checking out anytime soon that he should wait until Cory comes home then I don't have to give anyone any bad news!!!!LOL!!I'm mad I know......I don't know do turtles even have ears???LMAO!!!I'm going to have a cup of tea to settle my frazzled nerves LOL!! New pages from the long weekend!

Who likes my new blog template? I do :)!!! These are a few Lo's I finished over the long weekend, I scrapped to my hearts delight!!"Wii superstar" is to celebrate Josh beating me and Grand-dad in bowling on the wii- he scored 7 strikes in a row in this game :O!!Little champion! My record is 9 at home but he is happy with 7.......for now anyway!!!The dodgy photo of my thumb was the random draw I had to choose the winner of my little challenge at CIS and the lovely Liz was drawn as the winner!All the entries are fantastic WTG girls!!:)!!I had a fab weekend even though poor Al had to work LOL!! I went to Jody's on Saturday night for a crop with Shelly and Nic we had a ball!!I even managed to finish 5 LO's :O!!!Then on Sunday we went to a BBQ...very yummy then I scrapped all day yesterday:).Heaps of scraplifting ahead of me this week and blogging for the CIS March blog challenge! have a great Tuesday :) Krissy xx

Pastel colours :O!!!

I was given a randomly drawn challenge to create a LO with pastel pink,pale blue and green with ribbon this weekend and I am HOPELESS when it comes to pastels!!!But I took the challenge and created "little princess" with some Kaiser pp's using the photo of Morgan when she was only 2 days old.......Awwwwwww how cute is she!!!The other LO of Allan and I is for a technique challenge (more Kaiser papers LOL) I think I love Kaiser!!!!Today it is pouring down with rain so I will be tackling my other two challenges at scrapboutique one is to use scraps and the other is a sketch. Then I have planned on re-organising all of my scrapbook papers so I know where everything is LOL!!! Thanks for having a peep! Krissy xx

Happy Easter!

I had a lovely day today! I went and fed the ducks with my friend and her family (took heaps of photos!!) We got told off for feeding the ducks :O...couldn't believe it!!Since when are you not allowed to feed ducks bread??Anyway we had fun :) This is my LO I created today using Liz's sketch at CIS I rotated it to fit this photo of Morgan from last year looking cute as a button in her little beanie!!! Its different from my normal colour schemes I use but I like it!! Thanks and take care Krissy xx

Sssssshhhh I have a scrapping secret!!!

But I can't share what the secret is......yet!!!My lips are sealed ;).These are two of my LO's from the last couple of days and I've gone green!!Not literally just colour wise LOL!!!!!The St Patricks Day LO is for my challenge I set at CIS and the prize is a RAK from me!!Check it out!!The other LO of my gorgeous Mum and Dad is for the colour combo challenge at forever always to create a LO with cream,lime green and teal.I had a bit of fun with the coredinations CS.....I embossed it then sanded it.Lots of faffing LOL!!!These are two of the photo's I took of Josh and Morgan at the weekend when we where watching Lyns play soccer (and I was being attacked by the biggest bull ants I have ever seen!!Ouch!!)
